I hold over 1600 hours of training and bring over 4 years of experience since my graduation in 2009. My massage styles range from stress reduction relaxation massage to sports massage, Swedish, deep tissue and facilitated stretching. My mission is to support individuals in achieving life balance through personal wellness. I am a firm believer in the inseparable connection between body and mind.
